Film Pass is now £23

A full festival strategy for one film costs less than two festival entry fees

  1. The Film Pass dropped from £49 to £23. It still covers one film, end to end: the ranked festival list, the premiere plan, the deadline calendar and the Strategy Report.
  2. The Slate is now £95 and covers five films, down from £239 for six. Per film that is £19.
  3. Everyone who bought at the old price keeps everything they paid for, in full.
  4. Prices show in your own currency across 14 regions, converted at the live rate.

Your premieres, and open windows

The plan now shows which premiere each festival is holding for you, and whether you can still submit today

  1. Your Premieres shows the strategist’s actual allocation: which festival is carrying your world premiere, which carries the international, and which are playing after. Each one carries a verified state, so an unconfirmed slot never reads as a confirmed one.
  2. Every festival card shows its submission window at a glance: open, closing soon, or closed, so you can see what is still reachable before you open anything.
  3. Festivals you add yourself are scheduled into the plan alongside the recommended ones, with the same deadlines and premiere logic applied.

Counts read from the live database

Every festival number on the site is now counted live, and the strategist explains why it ruled a festival out

  1. Festival counts across the site are read from the live database at request time, so the number you see is the number of festivals you can actually be matched to that day.
  2. Only verified, matchable festivals are counted. Retired listings and part-finished records stay out of the total.
  3. The strategist now tells you why a festival is a weak fit for your film, so a name missing from your plan comes with a reason.

The Strategy Report

Your whole festival plan as one document you can send to a producer, a funder or a sales agent

  1. The Strategy Report is a full PDF of your campaign: the ranked festivals, the premiere plan, the reasoning behind each pick, the deadlines and the total cost of the run.
  2. Fees are totalled in your own currency, so the budget line is the number you will actually pay.
  3. It is built to be forwarded, so there is one document to put in front of whoever holds the budget.

Circkit is now FilmRun

Same product, same team, same account. New name and a new home at filmrun.io

  1. We changed the name to FilmRun. Your account, your films, your strategies and anything you have bought are untouched and need no action from you.
  2. circkit.io redirects to filmrun.io, so old links and bookmarks keep working.
  3. Emails come from the FilmRun address. If you filter our mail, that filter will want updating.

Strategy backup promotion

Rejected submissions can promote a backup path so the festival run keeps moving

  1. A backup festival can be promoted into the live plan after a rejection, so the campaign keeps moving.
  2. The strategy keeps the reasoning for the promoted route rather than starting from scratch.

Project collaboration

Invite your director and producer into the film with role-aware access

  1. Collaborators can be invited to a film as a viewer or an editor from the share dialog.
  2. The project header shows who has access.
  3. An invite checks the signed-in email before granting access, so only the person you invited gets in.
